Nutrition Classes
At Little Sprouts, we are pretty passionate about nutrition.  We love to teach kids the importance of taking care of our bodies through a proper diet and regular exercise.  Our Nutrition Classes are tailored to your groups individual needs.  Some groups request more games, while others request more healthy recipes.  

We cover a wide range of topics including eating a balanced meal, eating a rainbow of fruits and veggies, the importance of eating real food, the role of carbs, fats and proteins in our diet, and much more.  We incorporate a lot of games and activities to keep the kids motivated and having fun.
